Directions for Use:

After every meal and snack, put 2 tablespoons of water in a glass, mix about 10 drops of NATURSTOPP® - Aid to Stop Smoking and use the mixture as a gargle. Keep the liquid in your mouth for 2 minutes and then swallow. It must be used at a minimum of 4 times a day.
